Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the scope, payment, delivery and usage arrangements for services provided by Picturesque Digital. Please read them together with your quotation.

1. Booking Confirmation. A booking is confirmed only after Picturesque Digital receives the agreed advance payment and sends written confirmation.
2. Payment Schedule. A 30% advance confirms the booking. Transport and accommodation are billed 100% in advance. Of the remaining balance, 80% is due after wedding coverage or work is complete, and the final 20% is due after delivery.
3. Dates & Schedule. The client must provide the final event schedule, locations and timings in advance. Major changes may incur additional charges.
4. Multiple Locations. The package covers only the locations and functions listed in the quotation. Additional locations may require extra team members or charges.
5. Travel & Accommodation. Travel and accommodation are estimated separately and billed 100% in advance. Actual costs may vary with travel or hotel changes.
6. Additional Coverage. Extra functions, locations or shoot time are charged separately after mutual approval.
7. Album Selection & Design. The client must finalise album photographs within the agreed timeline. The design must be approved before printing; delays affect delivery.
8. Album Changes. Changes requested after design approval or printing may incur additional charges.
9. Editing & Delivery. The delivery timeline depends on the volume of content and timely client approvals.
10. Raw Files. RAW or unedited files are not included by default. If required, the client must provide an external HDD with sufficient storage for transfer.
11. Data Backup. Picturesque Digital maintains reasonable backup during production. The client should keep their own backup after delivery.
12. QR Gallery & Lifetime Access. Long-term gallery access is intended, but depends on hosting and storage availability outside Picturesque Digital’s full control.
13. Force Majeure. Picturesque Digital is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, illness, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
14. Photographer/Cinematographer Replacement. Picturesque Digital may substitute a suitable professional if an assigned team member is unavailable.
15. Client Cooperation. Clients and organisers must provide reasonable venue access so the team can work safely and effectively.
16. Copyright & Usage. All photographs and films remain the intellectual property of Picturesque Digital. The client receives personal-use rights. Picturesque Digital may use the material for portfolio or marketing unless the client opts out in writing before the event.
17. Cancellation. Cancellation is subject to the terms agreed at booking. The advance may be non-refundable because the date was reserved exclusively.
18. Refunds. Payments for completed customisation, album design, travel, or performed services may not be refundable.
19. Pricing Validity. Special or limited-time pricing is locked in only once the advance is confirmed.
20. Final Agreement. The quotation represents the agreed scope. Anything outside it is discussed and approved separately.
